Regulatory and Safety Admin

What you'll do:

• Champion Safety: Help manage our workplace health and safety (WHS) programs, including coordinating risk assessments, incident reporting, and promoting a proactive safety mindset among staff.
• Ensure Compliance: Keep our documentation up-to-date for food safety, product contact materials, and general safety regulations. You'll also assist with internal and external audits.
• Coordinate Training: Help plan and deliver essential safety training, ensuring our team is well-equipped with the knowledge they need.
• Promote Well-being: Support initiatives that promote employee health and well-being, including health monitoring and special safety events.
• Problem-Solve: Assist with identifying and implementing improvements to safety and compliance processes.

What you'll bring:

• A strong understanding of WHS principles and practices.
• Experience with compliance or quality assurance, ideally within a manufacturing or food-related environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
